Fogged up Tail lights...

Has anyone had their Tail lights fog up?
I noticed today after the car was in for the Window Tint that the upper corners of the tail lights have fogged up a little...

Not a problem, mine did so when the car was new. If you see actual liquid accumulation (a pool of water), then the taillight it must be replaced.
