RENNtech | Carbon Fiber Decklid Spoiler | W205 C-Class Sedan
RENNtech is proud to introduce an all new rear decklid spoiler for all W205 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sedan Models.
This highly integrated pre-preg carbon fiber spoiler compliments the sophisticated and refined C-Class exterior design language.
With the newly introduced hybrid-design blending the traditional Decklid spoiler with a winglet feature, the aerodynamic enhancement gives the C-Class’s exterior a seriously aggressive aesthetic.
The spoiler is coated inside and out with an all new acrylic UV protection system and is available in a matte and gloss finish.A second layer of UV protectant clear coating is also applied using traditional spray methods, in order to create a smooth finish.
Prepreg is widely known as the finest process in carbon fiber manufacturing and has been used for aerospace and military applications because of its superior consistency in weight, thickness, fitment, resin, carbon layout, and overall quality.
The pre-impregnated (prepreg) fiber method creates stiffer, stronger laminates with controllable, predictable results and the result is a consistent, tight fiber weave which not only looks amazing, but adds strength. Other companies use a lower cost, wet-layup method which results in components of inferior, strength, appearance and overall quality.
This spoiler is designed to fit any W205 - C-Class Sedan model from 2015 and up.
RENNtech Carbon Fiber Decklid Spoiler.
Designed in the U.S. | Produced in Germany
Note:
• No drilling or modifications to the trunk are necessary, installs with 3M double-sided automotive tape.
• Available in gloss and matte finish
1700$ for a spoiler! Spoilers for our sedans are only 100-600$! Who is crazy enough to dish out 1700$ for a spoiler?
Are you seriously comparing a plastic or cheap china carbon spoiler to that?
You'll never get a $600 spoiler in comparable quality to the one in the pictures. In addition to that, I have not find a spoiler like that for the c-class. Just small lips.

i don't think so... I have the MODE Carbon spoiler and it's great quality and real carbon fiber, not some cheap china product. Price was 600$ and i'm very happy about the product. You wouldn't know about quality since you haven't seen it in person. I guess you're an expert since your basing your information off of pictures.

I actually do own multiple of their carbon pieces and know my fair share about carbon fiber. Therefore I was able to compare it with similar products from other companies and their fitment and quality is just the extra edge better.
Which makes a huge difference in R&D and tooling cost. You also have to consider the design. A complex design like this is much more expensive than a simple lip spoiler.
However, good for you if you are happy with your cheaper spoiler. Still no reason to question and/or bash a company's product you have never seen/bought

Haha! I see you're making friends over here as well. Even if you're parents hadn't bought you your car/mods, you'd still be pathetic. But what else can we expect from an 18 yr old. Hopefully you wise up when you grow up.

Brabus sell's a c63s front splitter for 2500$, however RWCarbon makes the same exact front splitter for 900$ Which has great fitment and looks amazing and is a very complex design aswell. You can go ahead and buy this spoiler for 1700$ nobody is stopping you. Freedom of speech i can question and bash any company i want!

You just forget that it is easier to copy something than make something by yourself.. Also Brabus makes a lot of testing, TÜV approval and so on..
BTW.. I like the Renntech design and will buy it until the diffusor is ready for shipping as well

Age doesn't mean anything after about 25. Before that, age is a big factor. I was an idiot before then and I'm sure most will agree that they were as well. You'll understand when you get past that age, trust me.
And I'm down. I've actually got some friends out there that I've been meaning to visit so that'll work out perfect. Round trip, right? If so, I'll pay for lunch
I assume it'll be easy to install the spoiler? Peel, align, push?
This is the only spoiler I find so different, I want to make sure it's worth the 1600$. Has anyone installed one? Pic would be great! Ty
