Can anyone name this hose? It's the one below the cabin air intake that is clearly bent.

I've seen a number that are bent, so I presume that part is OK, but it had also come unplugged and I can't seem to find any definitive answer as to what it is, and whether it's a big deal that it was unplugged. (surprisingly no codes)
