My car came with the upgraded 19 inch AMG wheels with black accents. I did not special order my car or else I would've chosen the stock 18 inch as I know I would go for aftermarkets. Right so please post some pics if you already installed 20 inch or bigger wheels on your C43/C450 sedan along with the fitment, offsets etc. I like the concave wheels and looking at these http://www.roadstreetrace.com/r801-w-19944.htm. Any suggestions on these would be appreciated. Once I find the perfect wheel, I am planning to sell the 19 inch AMGs with Pirelli Pzero runflats on them (1700 miles on them so far). Not sure how much to expect for these
Yeah, I've seen a bunch of other threads where people initially discussed problems with aftermarket wheels on the C43/C450 because of offsets etc. I think eventually they were able to figure out the right measurements and installed some beautiful wheels. I am hoping some of them who did 20 inch or bigger wheels would be kind enough to drop some pics and suggestions in here.

Yes, a lot of test fitting back then. The fronts were the initial problem. Finally, i think +30-32, was where everyone were for the fronts. The rear was more forgiving.
Anyways, here you go. 'Hope this helps.
Fronts: 20x8.5 offset: +32; 245/30 20
Rears: 20x10 offset: +55; 275/30 20

Those wheels look beautiful!. However, I am looking to go with the satin black or graphite finish as my car is white. Hence the wheels I chose in the link. I am just curious about the extent of concaving (pardon my language as I am not sure what else to call a wheel that kind of sinks into the center) on the rear wheels. I see that yours are a little concaved. Is that the max we can do on the 20 inch wheels? I saw the stock 20 inch wheels on the GLC43 at the dealer and the rear concave wheels look just amazing. I am trying to achieve something close to that on my sedan.
Also, Are those continental runflats? What are the specs?

The ones i have are not the max concave look you can get. You can definitely get wheels with a more concave look than what i have.
Yes, the tires are continental, but not runflats. They're the DWS 06.

Thanks! I will keep that in mind. Hopefully more people will post pics of their wheels.
Going with 20s may affect the ride quality compared to 19s. In any event, BBS has a few 20 inch options for the C300 and C63 which might work on the C43. That's the safest bet.
I am not sure about that. From my research the wheels that fit the c300 and c63 may not fit the c43. Do you know specific 20 inch BBS wheels that were fitted successfully on a c43 sedan? Possibly some pics?

I can't help you with the fitment stuff, nor is this my vehicle, but it is the set up as I plan to have my identical, but lowered on stock 18s, C450.

Compared to the stock 18's on runflats, my ride quality is actually better now on 20's even on lowered h&r springs. You'll be surprised how much better the ride becomes just by switching to conventional tires. For emergencies i have a tire plug kit, air compressor and a scissor jack. All of which fit in the under compartment in the trunk.
On the BBS wheels, for as long as you can get the fronts within 30-32 offset, whether you end up using spacers, fir as long as they're hub centric and balanced, you'll be fine. What's important is it clears the control arm because it's different from the c300 and the fenders on the c63's are wider. The rears as I've mentioned are more forgiving. From test fitting a few months ago, looks like anywhere from 45-55 offset would be ok.

I was wondering how you would manage without a spare wheel and tire since you said the continentals were not runflats. Now I get it. I hate the runflats. But, I am not handy enough to work on a flat tire so even if it means my ride quality sucks, I would have to go with the runflats. I don't think a spare wheel and tire would fit under trunk would it?
Also, I am keeping the suspension stock for now. Would that be a problem with the 20 inch wheels?
Those wheels look great . I am looking at Vossen. Just need to figure out the right measurements so that I can guide them. Most shops don't understand the difference between a C300 and a C43 yet so they just look up the wheels for C300 and say they have lots of choice. Hopefully I find something soon.

He (@jonboles) actually has them up for sale which I am trying to purchase from him but might not be feasible since I live in Canada and the shipping might be crazy expensive.
If you go to the Mercedes-Benz Sedans > C-Class (W205) forum under the the thread "Post your C450 with Aftermarket Wheels" you will see some other options that might work. These Vossens are on page 16, post #388.

Apologies, I can't post links just yet.
Thank you. I had been watching that forum for a while but didn't see too may people going for 20 inch or bigger wheels. But will definitely check that post out.

The car looks absolutely gorgeous. I was just wondering how you managed to make the Side Skirt Trim silver? Will really appreciate the info.
Front: Vossen VFS-2 20x8.5 with 13 mm Spacer to get me at ET +31
Rear: Vossen VFS-2 20x10 ET 55 (no spacer)
Front Tires: Continental DWS 245/35/20
Rear Tired: Continental DWS 275/30/20
There you are! I was wondering when you'd chime in. Atl 2 chi was the "guinea pig" back when no one could figure out what offsets would work for the fronts. I was lucky to have my car delivered right after he confirmed his setup.
Thanks again, atl!

I agree. I absolutely love the mods he did to his car. Gorgeous. Those C63 exhaust tips are amazing. Hopefully, I can find some time and money to get those on my car.

Thanks. They are OEM. The OEM tips, valence, and diffuser ran me $950.00. I know a bit much however, I wanted all OEM parts since my vehicle is on a lease.
The install ran $200.00 and took about 2 hours. The bumper had to be removed.
