I've searched the forum and the web trying to find a flint grey metallic E55 with stock wheels and red or yellow calipers. If you've got this combination, please post a pic.

My wheels and calipers are being refurbed in two weeks, but I'm still undecided about the caliper color.

No pictures but I vote red.

 

Google (images) should is your friend.
Go to images and type in Flint Grey Mercedes with Red or yellow calipers".
It brings up a bunch of pics and you have the option to click on "visit page" for more details.

 

I did search Google before posting here, using exactly your words but all other variations of E55 W211 etc. Those searches bring up lots of caliper pics, but no flint grey mercedes with red or yellow calipers, save one from Pinterest. If you find some other pics, post the link here. The search that comes closest is "red amg calipers" or "yellow amg calipers."

So if anyone here owns this combination, please post a pic.

Thanks, are you still voting for red? I'm pretty sure that's the way I'll go.

 

I do like the red, yellow looks busy adding a third color sort of. But I'm sure others would disagree.

I have flint with red but don't have stock wheels...

Looks Great!! How much did it cost to get it painted and putting on the new AMG decals?

 

$225 total for all four calipers. That's a slight discount for the calipers because they already had to take the wheels off to refurbish them (for $150 each with remounting and rebalancing). About $900 out the door for wheels and calipers. The company was RimGuard in Raleigh.

 

That came out really great. Just adds a bit more "sport" effect while still looking luxurious.
