buying damaged C36
Hey Guys-
Have a opportunity to buy this C36 for less than $500 from auction. The damage looks minimal, it states only front damage. Any input on this, does it look pretty cheap to repair? I also have never seen that interior color on a C36!
Keep you fingers crossed I win the bid!

Looks pretty awsome! Can't believe how low the pricing is, in my country it would be 5K with normall mileage. C36's are going up in price in Euro
It does look relatively easy, I hope you will win. Goodluck

I want t dude.
Imagine black color with that interior.
Looks like you just might need the grille and worst case hood(hoping the radiator wasnt punctured)
Let me know if you change your mind. Ill bid on it![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
But you gotta know that the car didn't end up there only because of that minimal damage.
Chances are the coolant leaked out and maybe even the person kept driving and overheated the motor. Be cautious

Id keep that interior and get a cheap all black interior from any w202.
Thats a rare interior option on a w202. I almost want it on my c43.
Id buy that car just for the interior. You cant go wrong with peanut butter on black paint

Interior is not C36 original. You can tell since the front seats don't show those deep type side bolsters.
the current bid is at $1550 and reserve has not been met yet...

I'd pass. You'll have significant coin to making it right and the cars aren't worth the most. And you have no idea what else it might need as far as general repair and maintenance.
