E500 4-Matic Wagon code 489 rear shocks

Looking for part numbers on the rear shocks on a '04 E500 4-Matic Wagon/ Estate with code 489 semi-active suspension. Not much mentioned here about the 4-Matic wagons with 489. I did notice these shocks appear to have two separate cans/reservoirs attached to the side of them. Slightly different than the sedans.

Some sites list Bilstein units for the E320 E340 4-Matic code 489 wagons but none for the E500. I would think they are similar? I found this Bilstein number for the RIGHT side: MBZ211326120012

Is there another number for the left side? That's the one I'm looking for. Are the right and left the same?

Is 2113261200 the correct OEM number and if so is it the right side only?

Update: looks like Mercedes part number 2113200831 is the left side. Lots of confusion on these wagon only parts.

Looks like I'll be laying out some coin for this part when I do find one...Thanks

This unit looks like the correct unit but mentions RIGHT side rear. you can see the two cans attached and integral sealed boot around the rod.

Amazon Amazon

Update: Found this on Bilsteins web site. looks like the correct one for the left side:

B4 OE Replacement (Air) - Shock Absorber Part Number: 26-220048 Series: B4 OE Replacement (Air)
Position: Rear Left Body Style: Wagon

Right side is listed as # 26-220055. I'm seeing about $350 each on the web.

I need to replace mine also. I have been keeping my eye out for a few months and $350 is about as cheap as you can find for new. I have seen a few used in the $150-$200 range but I don't think that they are worth the risk.
