Advise Needed Fuel Pumps and Smaller Pulley Weistec Stage 3
Hi
I have a C63 2012 Black Series Current Mods
Stage 3 Supercharger 60mm Pulley
Ported Polished Heads
Ice Tank
The Car is running 666 WHP on 99 Octane UK Fuel and on Q16 Race Fuel and Race tuned the car is running 745 WHP. These figures are on a Dynojet Dyno.
First Question is I want a smaller Pulley then 60mm so what have people tried out there which works. I have been told that the stage 3 Charger can handle up to 800whp if this is true?
I want to try a 55mm pulley so the where can I get this pulley from as Weistec cannot provide anything smaller then 60mm.
My 2nd issue is that when the car is race tuned with race fuel the fuel pumps are maxing out. So what advise or what have people tried for the fuel better upgraded fuel pumps ??
My overall Goal is 850 whp but I do not want to use NOS.

I'm sure there was a guy on the Facebook page from Australia who had a custom pulley made
Must be somewhere in the uk able to do this

Im speaking to a machine shop in the UK but really wanted to see what results People have had with different setups.

Only way is to have a machine shop machine pulley
We are running 57mm puley and IATs are very high you need to run some sort of cooling better then ice tank
Fuel pumps will not fix the issue you need to upgrade whole fuel system pumps lines and injectors

Do you think a 55mm or 57mm pulley will be better if i ran it with meth and ice tank?
Also are the stage 3 injectors not gonna cope if the rest of the fuel system is upgraded ? what Fuel system are you running ?

My car fuel system is maxed at 700w can not go any more
Yes injectors will not cope with rest of the system upgraded
car we just build on e85 has 1000x injectors and full fuel system and is running 60% duty cycle plenty more to go but client does not want to spend more money on meth etc etc
Yes your car will need to be cooled with 57mm or 55mm
