W220 Battery Drain overnight... Please help..
Hello, I own 2005 W220 S class 5.0. When I park the car in garage at evening and try to start it on morning the battery is fully drained and I cant start the vehicle untill I get additional enegry from another car with cables on the battery. Seems something drains the battery hard overnight. Its so annoying and I cant suffer it anymore. Tried diagnostics and it says that tire preasure is inactive, coz the main block of it which is located in sallon passanger side dont work. But i think that this is not the reason of battery drain... I have a new battery tried to swap it in another new one, problem still occur. Does anyone had the same problem? Any advices, will be greatfull..

Usually a battery drain is related to the command stereo /navigation system not fully turning off
first Try taking out the nav disc and powering off the stereo before you turn off the car and see it that helps
if if not you'll need to do more diagnostic
there is a work around - buy a "battery brain t3" from Amazon.com it is a remote control battery disconnect so you can completely disconnect the battery using a remote control to prevent battery drain

When I first got my S600, I would click the lock button on the fob, the lights would flash, and I'd walk away. Come back to a dead battery. Then I realized that sometimes, the lights continue to flash, depleting my battery. Doesn't do it all the time, but if the lock button is pressed twice instead of once, the lights always flash just once. Since I've been pressing twice, I haven't had the problem.

If you have a shorted diode in the alternator, it will drain the battery big time when it is not running.
Try to touch it after 4 hours of parking; if it is hot do more troubleshooting there.
There are other ways to test for this, but you need equipment.

happened to me twice... first was the alarm siren behind the drivers' front wheel, second time was the PSE pump in the trunk burned up probably from a leak. Do all your vacuum/air accessories work?
Put a 20A meter between the negative cable and the battery, the current draw should drop to <20mA draw after probably 20 minutes if the car is undisturbed.
If the car never goes to "sleep" like that start pulling fuses to find what's killing it.
