It is an ECU tune, they started with V1 like 8 years ago, then it evolved getting better with each version. The price in your link is the upgrade price if you already have a previous eurocharged tune on your car, adds a little more power over older versions and some refinement. If you don't have a eurocharged tune, then you just buy v6 with the tuner from them but that is closer to $800.

I guess it wasn't obvious that they were talking about a tune file in the blurb below?
