no trans problems internally other than the fact the transmission temps heat up quickly depending on the outside weather but people with stock cars / tune / dp have these problems from what i've heard. Turbos are stock housing meaning they look stock from the outside just different from the inside. Only tuning issue is the wastegates or whatever on the turbos don't go over 22psi. But 22psi is good for 620whp, so that is conservative / safe power.

Yup mine too seems to get funky or heat stroked down hear in FL temps and its stock! You and Guilty seem to be running similar power output and numbers. Guessing the safe amount is around 620-640rwhp before **** starts going in the trans.

who knows on that questions nobody has really pushed the envelope. I believe after 650whp you have to upgrade the fuel pump

not to derail the thread but all these questions some of us know or almost know. There seems to be a lot of guineapigs when it comes to turbo upgrades on these cars. Meaning tuners saying sure it will be fine then they come accross with some issues making it not so smooth. Its always good to see people like the OP seem to have a seemless enjoyment with his mods.

retail is airboxs 4k, intercooler 4k, and if my MCT melts down which will be a long time from now. i/ve put 10k miles on since stage 3 and i changed my transmission pan to a bigger one and the fluid looked good and no metal shaving stuck to the pan which is a sign. It's a benz cant expect anything to be cheap considering AMG tax. If there was more competition the prices would be much lower

and if you cant afford to have something go wrong with your car out of warranty, you definitely shouldnt be highly modifying your car. It's a pay to play game which is very enjoyable for me and i can afford many many broken parts if they break on my car for now 16,000 miles later of straight abuse still runs great.
