2013 c300 4matic Sport Axle.
Looking to the Forums gurus for help. I need to replace my front passenger cv axle the boot just started leaking out the grease. Are there any alternative options aside from the dealer as far as recommendations to get the axle from? I have checked online with no avail. Have options for taking it to get rebuilt but I am not sure that would be a preferable route to go.
Currently waiting on an aftermarket European parts place to get back to me.
Hoping someone has some input would like to get this fixed before it becomes a worse issue.

Out Of Control!!
First, you need to correctly identify the parts and to do that post your VIN. Second if you have a ruptured boot WTF told you you need a new axle.

You need to replace the whole axle, check lkq they might have it and its 200$ i used them for axle. If you do check lkq make sure its the right axle around 200$ not the axle shaft which is more then 1000$. You can buy new one from the dealer but its 900$+. When i got my axle from them, i was putting it on which is a pain, make sure you dont damage the boot with control arms. Robber on the boot is sensative. If you have small hole on the boot, use shoogoo from target, its like 3$. It will hold a long time, thats what my friend used. I know how it feels with having grease all over your suspension and rim.

Fitment guide may say it does not fit, it is lying. This is your guy, unfortunately the outer kit is pricier but 1/5 the price of a replacement Merc axle.

I'm trying to track down some parts to replace the front outer boot. Luckily the boot itself has a part number on it and its only $8.00 at the local MB dealer. Seems all I need now is the two clamps and two clips that go on the ends of the axle. Ill get a new axle bolt while im at it.
I would rather stick to all Mercedes parts. Anyone know the clamp part #'s, and the small metal clip part #'s?
The kit available at FCP only has the boot and the clamps.

The clamps look to be typical dog-ear style clamps, that are pretty common and any auto parts store. The small C-clip I have no idea about. I would carefully reuse it.

Checking the EPC, the parts to #130 in your diagram cannot be had separately, which is crazy. Mercedes is weird about that. The same thing with my coolant hose that came apart. Instead of selling separate parts (and maintaining 5 or 6 part numbers in their logistics system), Mercedes sells the complete assembly under one part number.

I think i found the correct clamps. I was searching around and came across a w221 diagram that uses the same outer boot (MB # 1693660191). I have a feeling these clamps are used in other models, same with the inner boots. Ill see tomorrow if they have them in stock at my local MB dealer.
Actually they are the same parts kit #'s for the inner and outer boots.
Front axle diagram for 221.183.
