My dealer had their first allocation get delivered before the "stop sell" order came thru from MB Canada and they are PDI'ing it now in anticipation of the hold coming off soon from transport Canada. My car, second allocation, is still in Halifax sadly. But I am told that the cars have passed with the latest software update and they are just waiting for the paperwork to come thru so they can be released and sold to customers. I was told these aren't rumours and I should expect my car end of august & we have a long train ride out to Alberta.

He is a dealer but the info comes to him from MB Canada. This dealer has 7 e63s at port so has been on top of this. The car making it through could have been a gtr as I asked him about that too.
