Swedish C32 needs help please!!!
Hi guys!
When i floor it in 4 gear and the RPM reaches 6000 the boost keeps going up n down. Checked it with my computer and the following faults came up:
CODE001:
P2007 B28 (Pressure sensor) (P0105)
CODE002:
Malfunction of secondary injection (function chain) (P0410)
CODE003:
P2069 Component N15/3 (ETC control module) memory is fault. (P0700)
Then i erased all the faultcodes, tested for 2miles and following fults came up:
CODE001:
P20D4 The load limit is active.
CODE002:
B28 ( Pressure sensor) (P0105)
The car is Lutz Lehmann tuned... somewhere around 420-450Hp

when you had the car tuned, did they change that?
when i check for codes, i usually have the P0105 code stored in memory, but it is not an active check engine light...
i have never seen the P20D4 code on my car...
what else do you have done to your car besides the tuning?

Hi,
Im not sure exactly whats been done with my car. I Bought it 1 week ago from Germany.
The "check engine" light has never been lit.
I felt it in 3, 4 gear by high rpm, its like the boost drops to zero in just a second and, feels like a "pulse" .....

it sounds like you are hitting the limit on the pressure sensor...

ok, then it may be your intercooler pump that has gone bad...

Se what my Mercedes Dealer will find on it on Tuesday, they have to fix some things (warranty)
Or should i change the pump anyway??

as others have experienced though, usually the dealer can not determine whether or not the pump is working unless they test it directly...and most dealers do not go to the trouble of doing that...
let us know what the dealer says...

Ok i will do that, any idea what the pump costs?
the pump will either work or it won't, there is no in between...

depends on whether you do it yourself or not...i did it for $80 and bought a ford lightning pump...there is a how-to in this section of the forum, just search for it.
if you have the dealer do it, i think someone said it is about $500-600 installed...big difference

Checked the the pump today and it works like i should.
Maybe the airpump ?

I have the same exact problem, symptoms, and error codes! I've heard it could be a clogged/faulty EGR valve? Did you get your problem fixed? What was problem and solution? BTW I had car corrected at dealership for the secondary air pump campaign - then the problem occurred!

Problem
What he described sounds like an overboost condition causing the ECU to shut off the fuel momentarilly, but might also be caused by a bad boost pressure sensor telling the ECU that it is over pressure. I have not experienced this in the C32 but have had it happen in other FI cars that were tuned near the limit.
Knowing the mods would help.

hello
The cost of transporting a car depends on several factors, including the distance of the transport, the type and size of the vehicle, and the level of service chosen (e.g., open vs. enclosed transport). Longer distances and larger vehicles typically incur higher costs. Additional factors such as seasonal demand and fuel prices can also influence the final price. https://carfast-express.com provides transparent pricing and competitive rates tailored to your specific needs
