Some people fit the turbos in the rear bumper and pipe it back to the front, but that's a lot of plumbing.
You might be better off with a supercharger. Several option there.

I didn't say it was a good idea.
Anyway, I think the twin turbo route could be done, it's just likely easier to go with a supercharger. You don't need to find as much room and there seems to be a number of used Kleeman units that have popped up for sale in the last few years, so it could be relatively inexpensive also.

my plan is to run a low boost twin set up, going to use stock exhaust manifolds as well and fabricate a custom flange piece along with downpipes to connect to my dual exhaust. Anybody know how much power the block/tranny/rods can support?
Edit: also going to have to fabricate a "Y" connector of sorts to run the twin pipes to the intake manifold.

I don't think you'll get close to its limits. I've known several people who have put 700+ Hp into the M113 and used as a reliable daily driver. With that setup you won't likely break 450 even with a couple other upgrades.

a supercharger would be much easier and potentially cheaper but if your set in stone on twin turbos its do-able you best chance for longevity of the motor would be to pull it out and take it to an engine shop and have them build it so you can handle more boost for more power and not destroy your engine

You'll be fine then. Sounds like it will be a fun little project. At 5 psi, you'll be safe with stock timing and 91 Octane also.

heres another option is buying a used supercharger off and wrecked E55 cause they have the same motor ive seen them on here from anywhere from $500-$1100 which personally isnt all that bad for the gain you'll get, but when it comes down to it at the end of the day do what makes you happy

Apparently it's ridiculously hard to strap on an e55's supercharger to a N/A 500 engine. I'm fairly certain that with a low boost set up of 5psi I won't need larger injectors or a custom ECU map. Correct me if I'm wrong

5psi is pretty light, you should be fine. You'll know pretty quick when it goes into limp mode. In that case you'll need to find a higher octane fuel or add octane booster if you want to leave it as is.
