Should I buy a used 03 clk55 amg
So they're selling me an 03 clk55 amg for 8k , clean title , well maintained with carfax and it has 114xxx miles , is that a good deal cause I heard the 03 is the worst year that it has a lot of problems with the radiator , any advice on what to look for , or is it a good deal ?

Much better if you will choose for the newest model, like the 2017 S Model! Even it is a lease, still you are sure on its condition and quality.

2002 CLK 55 AMG cabriolet Eurocharged
I almost bought a 2003 but bank said no. 20,000 miles with a Lorinser trim package.
Beautiful car but 18k in 2012 was hard to convince the bank. I showed them the 2002 W208 cab for 9k it was no issue. go figure.
If the car fax is clean and the car looks loved it might be a winner. Expect a few small typical problems to happen. If it was well cared for these will have been taken care of.
The radiator is the worst of them well documented in the forum for taking the transmission out.
When in doubt have the Dealer or reputable Euro shop inspect the car for required maintenance items. Present the list to the seller if applicable often car lots will hash to be rid of some cars.
Cheers, Gator

Everyone always talks about replacement of radiator but you can install a external transmission oil cooler for less money and time. It can be done even without takeing front bumper out.

Bleach, the CLK's are such cool cars, one main reason being they don't make them anymore. If you have some savings, use that to fix the thing up, be prepared and find a good indy shop and go for it.......live life!
