Hello! New to the forum, but I have 4 (2 beige, and 2 black) GENUINE Maybach pillows. They are still factory wrapped, never been opened. Part numbers are A2229202218 (beige), and A2229202718 (black). They are for sale!!!

I have these included in my 2018 S560. I have not tried them on yet, although looking forward to. There is one thing in the manual though, which is leaving me scratching my head... It says;
Attaching and removing the supplementary
cushion of the rear luxury head restraint
The supplementary cushion is available on vehi‐
cles with electrically adjustable rear seats.
Only use the supplementary cushion when the
vehicle is stationary. The supplementary cushion
is in the vehicle.
The red text is where I am confused. When I read it naively, does this mean the suggestion is not to have these one when the vehicle is not stationary? I am sure that is not the point, but what is it then? Are they trying to say do not try to install or uninstall while the vehicle is in motion?
Also, how do you like them? And how different are the Maybach branded ones (assuming fully compatible)?

Old thread thought I shed some light on this a number of 2016 222 Maybach vehicles were delivered without seat pillows, reference MBUSA Service Campaign 2015080004 dealer will provide free replacements (service campaigns do not expire). For anyone else interested here are the part #s: 2229202218, 2229202718, 2229202118.
