There is none in the trunk. I think it's probably referring to the one located near the steering column close to driver's knee area.
Someone posted within the past 12 months about having that battery replaced.

Its in the dash, go in from the left side. Its in a funky place so that its not easily stolen (powers the alarm system). Quick to do once you can get your arm in the right angle to get it in and out. Its smaller and hangs vertically with a bracket that attaches to the lower dash frame. Almost like above your knees and below the dash.
