Any company out there making a Panamericana grille for our cars?
Wondering if there are any rumors out there for an aftermarket Panamericana front grille for our cars? Especially now that the new S coupe grille is also going Panamericana I think there is a good market for it.
I know we can order an entire new bumper from the 2018 model but something easier where we could just insert a new Panamericana style grille into the existing bumper would be a great option.

I could be in for this.

NO IMPOSTERS!! Next you'll put a AMG and a S on it.
Be safe down there and put your toys in a enclosed multifloor parking garage where the hard rain can't get to them.
We may have another miss up here in Jax IF the Gulf Stream will pull the eye further off shore. Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach better wtch out....
I would tell you if I knew when the GTR will show up. Maybe by the end of the week.
Best regards

I like both grills. A few years from now a non modified pre facelift will be more desirable than a modified one.
Think about out when you see an older Porsche, looks like crap when someone tries to put newer parts on it.

I actually think he is referring to a panamericana grille with the inverted shape of the pre-facelift GT S, which is similar to the one in the facelifted S63/S65 coupe and cabriolet, and not the same as a new 2018 GT model.

I have to find stuff to do on my GT waiting for the BS version.
You right that it would probably not be the right move.
On the other hand, I have to get a hand on those LED AMG projected mirror lights

Here is a company in Germany that does the upgrade. I have not found a US company that offers this.

Looks pretty good. € 3,900. And that's apparently before shipping and installation. But it fits the space perfectly. The new Panamericana grille is shaped differently so this is clearly custom.

I stand corrected. You are correct. The 2018 is wider at the bottom. So is this grille.

Has anyone looked at this DarinPro front bumper - somewhere I saw that it was for the older models - but looking now no year is listed

I bet. It looks phenomenal. I really think they are a cut above some of the carbon products such as what we see advertised here...
Glad to know these products and tech are just getting better and more cost efficient.

Would like to see that with a silver star.
Also, I wonder how close the FL grill is to fitting pre-FL by simply inverting it. Did go from smile to frown after all.

I don't know all the specifics that was involved. I had my bro at Tint World Chamblee, GA purchase and install it for me. He has done several grill upgrades in the past on other models as well. His instagram is tintworldatl
I do know he had to trim the grill to make it fit to opening of the original bumper, paint the frame behind the grill that was exposed once the original grill was removed and use screws and high strength epoxy to attach the new grill to the original bumper. I hope this helps as we know this possible without changing our bumpers.
