Help with fault codes

2007 SL550 w/68000 miles. Can't get it inspected for fault codes. To start with, it threw fault for O2 sensor. Replaced with Bosch from Advance. After that it threw P0228,P0443,P0447, and P1337. Now it won't even communicate with the North Carolina computer system for inspection. It is hard for me to believe that all these things happened at once. Can anybody tell me what I should do?
Thanks.

I've had similar issues on my 05 CDI but no check engine light. I tracked it back to the EGR valve. I would have no boost or kick down. I had no interest in replacing the EGR valve so I bought a Green diesel engineering tune that took the EGR out of the picture. Now I have more power and better fuel economy with no soot emitted after kick down.
Not sure if this is your issue but it would be worth looking at.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
The only one of those generic OBDII "P" codes that translates is P0447:

0957 Component Y58/4 (Activated charcoal canister shut-off valve) has a short circuit to positive.

What the mechanic told me:

P0228-Throttle/Pedal position sensor/switch C circuit high input

P0443-Evaporative Emission Control System purge control valve circuit malfunction

P0447-Evaporative Emission control system vent control circuit open

P1337Faulty Engine control module,ECM harness open or shorted,ECM circuit poor electrical connection

Does any of this sound like it could be a problem? How would be the best way to straighten it out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry I did not get back to you right away. I have been traveling.

My advice is to get it scanned with SDS to read the native MBZ codes.
