Not really. You need WIS. You can buy it off ebay and probably other sources. There is also links in one of the stickies for information but I can't see how you could download it.

Workshop information system. It is Mercedes version of a repair manual. It available in a very annoying, difficult to navigate mess that only works on Windows XP or a virtual computer. It usually comes with EPC - electronic parts catalogue.

I should add that it has every Mercedes and smartcar on it. You search using your VIN to look up specific information on your vehicle. They use it in the workshop. I got mine a few years ago from eBay on CD.

You can buy the DVD on eBay for around $10.

If you want the official MB version, it's Star Tekinfo and costs $60 for 24 hour access.

Ebay is much cheaper.

I have it and agree it's not easy to use. Many weeks later I am still working with tech support to find a simple file on how to remove the driver's seat headrest motor!
