Quarter Panel Trim removal

Good afternoon all. New to the site.
I have a 2011 E350Cab and have had issues with the interior trim coming unglued. After several attempts to remove the door panel, remove the trim, glue and reassemble I have decided to replace the trim with new replacements. I have done the doors but and having issues with the rear quarters. I don't want to break anything and wanted to know if anyone has removed the interior quarter panels. How, where to start, do the rear seats need to be removed?
thanks for the help.
