05 c240 A/C no air

Hey, first post here. I have an 05 c240. 247k miles. The ac will not turn on in any key position. obdii says B15a8 Left and right footwell flap actuator is stiff or blocked). I tried the a/c flap reset several times and this has done nothing. I also got a b13a8 "Communication error of AC bus with component m2/m15 (l/r footwell flaps actuator)." Just as a side note, I'm going to need to pick up a new battery soon as the voltage with the car off is usually around 12.2 volts. My understanding is 12.66 is the minimum. There are a multitude of fault codes that in one way or another point to a low voltage or low control unit supply voltage so I'm hopeful that will clear up some of the issues I've been having.

Also, I've been having issues with the fuel gauge reading when filling up the tank. It will only show 3/4. Should I start a separate thread for that? Thanks!

I'm starting to think perhaps it is the linkage on the motor itself. Going to see what the battery does first before I decide to tear apart the center console

What are the temp and pressure readings in the "AC menu"... Are they tracking?... Had a similar problem, No foot well flap.. Brought a used ACC unit.. same problem.. No foot well, no temp or pressure tracking.. NO AC.. I think my problem is with the SAM.. I worked around it with a total re-fit with a w202 compressor.. $330 for the re-fit vs. $600 plus for a Sam which may or may not fix the problem..
