2018 glc 300 tpms does not show pressure numbers?
Just wondering if the pressure number show anywhere? Run flat indicator has come on, but it won’t show me which specific tire or the tirepressures of any tires, I had old gmc 2009 that had this feature? Am I overlooking it or does it not come with the vehicle?

I’m in Canada, I tried to find the numbers, but can only see it says one of the tires is low. Yeah my 2009 Sierra GMC has this feature can’t beleive at 50g car in 2018 doesn’t.i mean it tells me a tires lows, “run flat indicator” so shudnt be that hard to process a digit? Do you mind telling me where you found it?

I believe there are 2 completely different systems for monitoring tyre pressure.
One has pressure sensors in each wheel (attached to inside of valve) which relay actual pressure to the onboard system while the other system doesn't monitor actual pressure but uses the ABS (braking system ) sensors to compare wheel rotations and figure if a tyre is under inflated.

2018 GLC 43 & 2014 SLK 350, gone 2016 E63 Wagon
My 2018 GLC43 shows the tire pressure as well as a warning light. As a minimum I believe all vehicles are required to have a low pressure warning but not necessarily a system that shows actual pressure.

For the Canadians: to have the numbers you need to have the sport package or a 43 etc... otherwise the detection of a low pressure tire is done using the difference on the rotation between the two front or rear tires (something like that )
For US: you're lucky, you all have the numbers

As far as I know, TPMS is dependant on country and model.
If not mandated by local laws, it was up to the local importer as to the fitment of the true TPMS with pressure sensors in each wheel and hence dashboard display for each wheel.
Some importers chose to not have this fitted if it was not standard factory specification. Just part of the complicated pricing deals with the factory.
Here in Australia the MY 2016 GLC did not get TPMS …..I think 2017 as well ..and the latest model..I think.
Yep ...just looked up our local Brochure specifications ...no TPMS on the wagon until you select the AMG43 ..and up.
Like Canada ..the Aus ...Coupe versions get the full TPMS
….which makes it all very confusing.
