Whining front suspension sound

Whining front suspension sound
Happy Friday everyone!
Car: 2015 E63S
Mods: H&R Springs + Lowering links
In the past few weeks, my car developed a pretty loud whining sound coming out from the front suspension (?).
Sound ONLY heard when the car moves slowly, usually when I start rolling from the traffic light or a stop sign.
Please let me know if you have any ideas on what can this sound be.
