S Class W222

what could be the reason why radiator coolant go to washer reservoir nonstop

2015 S550

New radiator was installed recently, what should i look at as this is disturbing.

2019 S63 4Matic+, 2018 E400 Cabrio, wardens car.
Sounds like a plumbing issue or a leak. On my 15 there is a coil that runs through the washer fluid reservoir that I assume is filled with coolant that heats up the washer fluid to melt ice in the window, I would look at that plumbing in and out of the washer fluid holder as that is where it is most likely entering from.

Superpop, do you know the location of the plumbing because there is no leak from anywhere in the car

I would look inside the fluid reservoir. That is the only place where coolant could enter.
