Rebooting Command
Does anyone know how to reboot the Command system when it acts up while you are driving? On my previous Mercedes, I could reboot Command by holding down the CD eject button for 10-15 seconds. On my 2019 E300, there is no CD player, so how do you manually reboot the Command system?

What do you mean "off" button? Don't have any off button on 2019 Mercedes command system I know of.
I'd like to know this as well

The command system rebooted perfectly as you OP's had instructed in your posts. Unfortunately, it hasn't solved my issue of the audio not fading when NAV announcements come on. Even the dealership couldn't figure it out.
I keep trying to problem solve.

Not being sarcastic at all. I thought a rebooting of the command system would help with my problem of my car not fading music properly when NAV announcements come on. I was hoping for a glitch in the Command system. It didn't fix the problem.
Rebooting instructions given by the OP's worked as described. It reboots the COMMAND without any data loss.

Sorry I misunderstood. Yes the radio/cd/anything should significantly lower the volume when the navigation gives directions unless you are on the phone.
Good luck.
Good luck.
