Hey every one i have a problem with my mercedes c 300 w205 2015 gearbox when it shifts from second gear to third when the rpm is going up in second gear and the car feels like its want to shift the rpm goes down but it doesn’t shift then it shifts its harsh and not smoth can any one help please 😢😢 it feels like a kick from the back of the car when shifting

I had this happen in a w204. My wife even commented on the occasional odd shifts. The dealer said no hard shifts were noted in the codes (or whatever they’re called). They updated or reloaded the tranny software and all was fixed.
I’d recommend just taking it in for the update/reload.
