Removed catalytic converters now white smoke

I removed the guts from my cats and ever since the car pours white smoke. Has anyone else had this

Catalytic converters don't just randomly clog up and cause 27 codes without something else being very wrong upstram in the engine. What were the codes?

This. Talk about treating the symptoms but not the problem. What's the code(s)?

White smoke typically means coolant loss. Need more information though.

Removing the cat will cause errors downstream as there's an O2 sensor both before and after the cat, which the engine uses to check that the emissions controls are working properly.
