Problem with rear pdc/radar wiring

Hello
I have w221/2008 with:
230 PARKING GUIDANCE
233 AUTONOMOUS INT. CRUISE CONT. PLUS (DISTRONIC PLUS)
234 BLIND SPOT ASSISTANT
Could you confirm, if it should be radar sensors and pdc sensors in the rear bumper or only radar?
Now i have bumper with 4 holes for PDC and mounted 4 radar sensors.
The car is after accident, and when i bought it it comes with the new (used) bumper.
PARKING GUIDANCE and BLIND SPOT ASSISTANT is inoperative, Distronic works.
Wiring harness in the rear bumper has only place for 4 radar sensors, and there isn't connectors for PDC sensors.
In the trunk there isn't place for connect another wiring harness for pdc.
If its possible, that PARKING GUIDANCE and BLIND SPOT ASSISTANT needs only radars?
I. confused a little bit..
BR
Mark

My 2008 (and I believe all 2008's, 2007's?) have different radar sensors than most cars. They look like the photo below. If you have a bumper with the small round sensors on it is likely not the correct bumper and will not work with your car's electronics. In 2009 the round sensors became the norm.

I have the same sensors like you.
But this is radar sensors...and there's no wiring for small round pdc sensors

The box shown above is the only type of radar/PDC sensor aside from the Distronic module behind the grill in either the front or rear bumper. You mentioned that your current bumper has "4 holes for PDC and mounted 4 radar sensors." I believe that is the wrong bumper and you therefore do not have the right sensors in the rear for your ParkAssist, BlindSpot Assist.

I mean if it's possible for PARKING GUIDANCE and BLIND SPOT ASSISTANT work properly with only radar sensors, or PDC sensors should be mounted and connected too/

Right. So when I first got my 2008 a couple of years ago I had a similar issue. Connecting the car to the SDS gave me similar codes, but also pointed me to exactly which sensor was inoperative.

Yep. My '07 had a faulty front radar sensor, and the not-too-expensive MBII scan tool told me which one it was (right inner).
