I have a gle 450 on order in selenite grey with black interior. The wife wants emerald green with black interior. I have until Friday before it becomes unchangeable. Has anyone else ordered, have or seen the gle in emerald green? Thoughts?

My dealer had a GLE450 in the show room for a month. It did have a good complement of equipment. They said it took a month to sell it because it was green. I actually liked it. To each his own. if you like it buy it.

I did pay $4500 extra to get my wife a gold Macan a few years ago. Lost another $3000 on the trade in because it was gold!

Thanks.....not so concerned with resale value as I will be leasing. Thoughts on Mojave silver? Prefer over EG? That is the other color my wife likes

I ordered Mojave Silver for our 450. I think that it will look good in the desert.

I've seen both the Selenite and Mojave in person and I personally prefer the cooler tone of the Selenite. The Mojave has a warmer undertone to it that I didn't care for. But as others have noted, it's all personal preference.

I ordered the Iridium Silver, based on having seen an early version of the 580 in silver that was to die for. Time will tell...

Saw the Mojave Silver in the showroom and it did look pretty fabulous. (We didn't get silver because we already have a silver car...but this would have been a pretty good choice!)

I just posted pics of mine in selenite in the pics thread. E-ABC with Burmester 3D (so no AMG exterior). I had a GLC43 in selenite, so was looking for something different, but no other color was really doing it for me. Was considering white, but without AMG exterior, I didn't want it with the plastic trim I was stuck with. I just don't have the upkeep time to do black any more and the mojave to me would have the same issue as white. The selenite was a good compromise for upkeep purposes; looking at old door jambs on white cars that aren't cleaned well bugs me a little.

Yeah my current GLE is selenite and I love it. This is all for the wife lol. She likes the selenite also but wants something different. The EG is cool but because it is so dark I know it’s going to look dirty quickly like black does. The MS does have a warm undertone and looks beige. I personally wanted white originally and the wife hates white. This car will be eventually be hers once her lease is up on her car. Then I am going to lease something different non SUV for me but will be my car in the interim. Thanks for everyone’s opinions. Much appreciated
