I have really been contemplating doing this to my 2017 c63. How was the install? Did you have to get a new emblem in the front?
So...I'm curious...what could someone actually do with your plate number? I mean, we drive around all day with the plate number just blowing in the wind. Someone hacking into the DMV to get your address and name?

Yes there is of course but it will only fit w205 C63 and C63s. I am not a big fan of aftermarket hence i installed C43 OEM diamond grille. It was basically remove install.

I know where you can get a good OEM replica of this grill, I have bought both the one that's pictured in this thread (currently installed on my car) and also one that's just like the OEM from the new C63s. I think I'll be swapping it this weekend because the one on my car right now is pushing the license plate frame forward a tiny bit.
The OEM replica I'm referring to doesn't poke out like this one, it does have a very subtle difference to the real OEM part but you wont notice unless they're side by side. Looks very OEM to me, like the one on the new C63s.
