2017 E400 Wagon Black/Black MB Tex P1 & Sport Wheel Package
Looking At A 2017 E400 Wagon This Afternoon - Any Thoughts

Hi - going to look at a 2017 E400 wagon low miles with P1, sport wheel package, 19" wheel, etc. Original MSRP was $70k. Dealership selling for $52K. They are hard to find and this one is exterior/interior color I want. Price is about $5k less than KBB etc. Will be trading my 2013 E350 wagon that has 38000 miles and my extended CPO warranty runs out next month. Is this a good price? Anything about the 17's I need to know about? Thanks in advance.

Just my $.02:

Assuming 15,000 miles and standard equipment KBB.com has the trade in value at between $49,000 to $51,000. Trade in usually equal to blue book wholesale value.

If this is a CPO, with the extended warranty from MB as a CPO., with 15,000 miles $52K is a good but not a great deal. If it is not a CPO it is at best OK.

Got the price down to $50k and it is a CPO. Going for it as I love wagons and they are hard to find particularly with ext/into colors I will buy. I am picky. It may not be a super deal but I was looking at minimum $5k to buy a warranty next month when my current one runs out so I feel better putting the money towards a 5 year newer car that after my trade makes this even more attractive. I guess I will be moving to this forum now. Thanks.

$50 for a CPO is a good deal!

Congratulations!

Bought it! Had a bit of sticker shock at how much the cost of the tire/wheel/door ding protection & extended warranty went up in 5 years but it's a beautiful car and will take some getting used to how much everything has changed - hopefully for the better - technology-wise, etc. Will miss my hood emblem though but drove great and for me the front sensor is like the best thing as I either don't pull in far enough for fear of concrete bumps in parking lots or have scraped the bottom of the front of my current wagon. The dealer needs to do a few final things so will not take possession until later next week and will then post photos. Thanks,

I don't think they've changed the hood ornament in a long time, you could always add it, it's basically the same across the entire line, they just have a flat badge instead. Probably doesn't really go with the sport grill though, looks right with the luxury grill.

2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.
Well at least these cars are holding their value it sounds like, much better than the AMG's that's for sure.

2019 E450 Wagon
Congratulations. It seems there are many of that love our wagons on this board. Since it was important to you, what color combo is it? I agree that $50k sounds pretty good for a CPO in just the colors you want.

2017 E400 Wagon Black/Black MB Tex P1 & Sport Wheel Package
I bought a black/black wagon with 18,000 miles one local owner. This was the color combo I had when we had our 2004 wagon. I like white or black cars with black interiors. I would have liked the black trim but the brown ash looks nice. Yes we love wagons! This is wagon #3. These are the options:

Thanks!

2019 E450 Wagon
Looking forward to pictures. I too prefer a black interior and ideally a white exterior (which is what my current wagon is),
