Worried about white smoke on my c63 2012
Yesterday I was driving around and having some fun, car felt perfect then I raced another car on two half a mile races with like no pause in between (since it was public road)
nothing felt wrong the first race,
the second race I went up to 230 km/h and started to brake and when I did that and slowed down to like 50 I could see a large cloud of white smoke coming from the back of the vehicle.
I couldn’t see if it was from the exhaust or anywhere else since the smoke was behind me and I was driving forward, but there was quite a cloud. After 15 seconds it was back to normal, no fault codes, no change in the behaviour of the car.
I then stopped and it smelled a bit like burnt rubber, nothing else, the exhaust was blistering hot and also the brakes
Some smoke came from engine compartment but it didn’t smell at all and I think that was just the heat from the engine.
The car is recently serviced at 140.000 km
I got new tires
Brakes are not super worn
And all fluids were checked.

It might be incorrect transmission oil level.
I once had smoke from behind after driving hard, as well as after having transmission oil replaced. My mech told me the oil is pouring out thru the breather and dropping over tge exhaust pipes.

I was going to say rear diff breather too, but that smoke would stink like gear oil, and you wouldn’t have any coming out from under your hood. Boiling that isn’t typically going to happen after a couple of highway pulls. Mystery.

When you were doing 230kph at high rpm did you completely lift off the throttle quickly?
If so, you dumped a bunch of oil into the intake and blew it out the back.

Even checked a lot of parameters through the obd and everything was fine.
