Are valve covers interchangeable?
I have an 03 E500 and I'm wanting to dress up the engine. I was wondering if the valve covers for the AMG E550 would fit my engine?

I ment the AMG 55. I was hoping it would work because those look a lot better than the valve covers that are factory.

E55? I think you are confusing valve covers with air filter housings.
