B238A00 Error code C43
Hi everyone, a few of my functions on my 2018 C43 have stopped working, I no longer have sound coming from my door speakers, my navigation map has stopped working and my reverse camera has completely disappeared from my car settings.
I got the following error code when checking it on diagnostic machine: B238A00 Fan 2 of the control unit has a malfunction
Has anyone come across this error code before?

Fault code B238A00 A26/17 head unit or a control unit . It could be related to a sofware update issue or blown fuse .Mercedes did investigation and said the head unit is faulty need replace which will cost £3355.00 .But they dont know what had cause the head unit to trigger this fault code ..Many mercedes owners are frustrated and upset .and dont know what to do . My car is just 7years old i myself was shocked and i still dont believe it. If think it should be a recall because it not safe while driving the navigate can stop functioning sundenly ,sound stop and the reverse camera stop as wel . It call MOST network or Ring network when one module fail the whole association or follow up stop functioning.I have learn that they deactivate the online map update .Mercedes Me App 'The service is unavailable for technical reseasons.If the error persists please contact Mercedes Me Support. In order to provide you with faster support please include the ID in the form or when calling the hotline .I will not give up i will get to the core of this problem because many mercedes owners are suffering.
