Is there somebody who can share latest available Mercedes Download Manager version of installer with me? Since app is not accessible over official MB web page anymore, you are my last hope
I have profile on Mercedes Me and my car/VIN paired with it, but I'm getting an error like this guy.
I managed to find Download Manager SD Card v1.0.4 installer on aclassclub forum and upgraded my card from SW V5.0 / MAP 2015-V5.0 to SW V14.0 / MAP 2021-V16.0. First question here is, why it wasn't updated to MAP 2023-V19.0???? After the MAP update I'm getting "cannot unlock maps" message on my vehicle and I've found people with same issue - 1 and 2.
Can somebody tell me what is the difference and which is actually the latest version - Download Manager (DLM) 3.0.12 OR Download Manager SD Card 1.0.4????
That SD card is for the entry level Garmin MAP PILOT for vehicles that don't have the full COMAND system. The download manager that @Eaton pointed to is for the newer vehicles with COMAND NTG 5.5 or MBUX that have online map update and OTA capabilities. Does not apply to older COMAND systems and to update the COMAND maps you need a different SD card and a license key to update the maps. There are some online third-party sources I believe like BenzNinja that sell map updates with license key.
So, the question is which navigation system do you have? The full COMAND navigation system or the entry level SD Garmin MAP PILOT? If you have the latter, then you need to buy a new SD card with the latest maps. You can get that through your parts department. They are also sold online, but seems like it's difficult to find the correct one. Your dealership's parts department can get you the right one for your VIN. Once used it is also locked to the VIN, so be careful buying or downloading one online as it may have already been used and is therefore locked to a specific VIN.

Ah good ol' Audio 20. Yeah, you have the very basic entry level system. Not much experience with Audio 20 around here. Most members are US based and we get COMAND standard mostly, so few if any have Audio 20. I honestly don't know what's required (I've never used Audio 20), but you likely can't just download something. MB licenses the maps, so you can't just download them for free and expect them to work. Other than finding somebody with Audio 20 that has experience with this, I'd suggest you go through official MB channels.

Hi. I have been trying to get the info about your program for a few weeks and read others posts that get bk in touch quickly. I’ve filled out two different form on the maps update as well. As the lifetime membership to get pricing and any info needed questions for a non- techie user, and left email info, and not sure what is happening, if not sent or received? Hi guys! I bought Garmin SD card (A2189062404) on Aliexpress and it works perfect. I created an image from the SD card before activating it in my car. It would be interesting to try restore it to another SD card and see if it can be used in another car - this way I could supply everybody with a free navi.
Does somebody have "Speed cameras/POI" db file for Garmin SD card (A2189062404)?? Sth like this.

I'm a new member here. I recently bought a 2019 C160 and am looking to update the nav. Would you still happen to have the image of that SD card, I'm a willing test subject to see if it works in another car

It will let you download the latest version when there is a map update available for your vehicle here.
I have a US imported EQS SUV here in Dubai and I am struggling to download GCC/UAE maps via Mercedes ME portal. Mercedes are not being very helpful as I didnt buy the car from them. Thus, is there a way you can help/advise on for me to download the GCC maps on USB stick and I can then manually upload them to my car?
