torque sepc of banjo bolt on the power steering pump
Wonder what's the torque spec of the banjo bolt on the power steering pump, as shown in attached diagram? thanks a lot.
Based on some internet search, it's about 25 ft-lb. higher torque might damage the hollow bolt.

25 ft-lb sounds reasonable. It is less a problem with the bolt than with the aluminum it threads into. Or maybe there is a steel bushing; I don't remember. I didn't use a torque wrench; I just snugged it up sortatite and looked for leaks later.
Anyway, the pressure on the fluid isn't THAT high. Just make sure the four mating surfaces are nice and clean.
