Oil measuring not workig

Oil measuring not workig
Hello guys, i have muy c180 2020 so when i need to check oil level it say oil level measuring without showing any result, no fault code for oil sensor any help?

Yes i have drive it for about 1h but no result appear it still saying "oil level measuring", i had parked it at level surface, and waiting to get any result but nothing happened, i have checked if there any fault code but all work normally

My Jeep has an obsolete dipstick with two scribe marks "min" and "max". It's missing a third scribe mark "try again later" (lol).
