EQS 580 SUV Tires 110H vs. 107H
My EQS 580 SUV has only 14,500 and already the rear tires are at 2 MM (front ones are 4 MM). Unfortunately, as the first service is not until 20K, failure to do tire rotation has ended up with uneven wear.
My other cars (hybrid SUVs) have given 30K+ mileage on tires. The dealer says all EVs wear tires faster due to heavy weight. I have Good Year F1 MO Asymmetric 275/45R21. Not sure whether it is summer or all season.
I am trying to pick Michelin instead of Goodyear. I have two options in https://www.mbusatirecenter.com.
1) Michelin Primacy Tour A/S
2) MICHELIN PILOT SPORT 4 SUV MO XL
(1) is all season tire and cheaper but it is rated 107H (load/speed) whereas (2) is a summer tire and more expensive which matches with the OEM tires with 110Y (load/speed).
(1) may give more mileage than (2). Any recommendation between (1) and (2)? Will there be a problem going 107H as it is lower load capacity than the OEM tires? Or should I stick with Goodyear OEM tire?
