Terminal 15 is the name given to the 12V ignition switched. Implausible probably means it is missing!
Get it on the diagnostics and see if it is reading 12V or not with ignition on.
How did battery go flat in car wash? Sounds more like water has got into one of the SAM's due to blocked drains, usually under the hood.
When I got my car, I checked all the drains and got about 1lb of finest grade compost from the one under the front SAM/fusebox.
