My factory warranty expired last month and today I noticed that the leather for the driver seat has started ripping off ( photo attached). I had bought this car as cpo earlier this year and had also bought the extended warranty. But seems this issue is not covered by it.

What can I do to fix this without costing me an arm and a leg?
