E350 2013 AC Issues
I'm having issues with the AC. I took the car to the dealer to have a software update done hoping it would fix the problem. I have a few issues.
1. When I press the AC button to turn the AC off and just blow regular air, it does not turn off. The only way the AC turns off is when I turn the system off all together.
2. When we drive the car for a bout 2 hours the AC stops working. No air is blowing but it sounds like the air is blowing but nothing. I turn it off a few minutes and turn back on and it works for maybe 5 to 10 minutes and have to do it again.
Other then that, the car is GREAT!! It only has 84K miles on it. If you have had this same issue, please let me know what fixed the problem. My family is wanting me to trade the car, but I LOVE it!! The last benz I had was the same year and was an E350 and didn't have this issue...
