driver door creaking sound

I have similar sound on the driver door. If you fully open the door it makes the sound in 2 different places of the full door swing. I dont see any loose screw or any moving part that can be causing this. Door ginges looks good and no play if I move the door up and down. Im not able to locate it and it is a little anoying to have that ina door that soft closes.

No, I have not checked inside the door. I only inspected if there was any sign of hinge looseness while swinging the door.
If you find anything please post back. Im sure more people have this issue.

ok so i removed the door card,i removed second door card and there are no nuts on the inside,i spent prob 2 hours back and forth trying to see where this noise is coming from and i cant figure it out,tried tightening the hinges and 13 mm bolt and nothing,at least now i know how to replace the glass lol
i think possibly hinges are bad,ill post some pics later

no it comes unpainted but i got a spray can ill spray just enough to cover it in black,dealer tech told me its the lower one and it makes sense because it holds all the weight,also ordered lower passenger hinge since the sound is pretty similar from that door but not that bad yet,rear door closes with no sound at all thats what i want

i tried lubing it twice with wd40 it did nothing,once i install new hinge ill try disassembling the old one to see how it works since there is no check strap its integrated into the hinge

Reason being wd 40 can strip away existing oils.

I've been researching this. The door hinge part number is A1667200337, but per WIS, the hinge pin is A019 990 4301 and is named " Bolt with flange"
Would be that bolt removable? I think it is. By removing the bolt, it may be a lot easier to fully grease instead of using penetrating lubricant (stay away of WD40)
Im mwondering if any of you that have replaced the hinge, hav tried this route on the old hinge.

I think is even doable as worst case scenario, to buy the hinge to see if there is a fix. It would be way more cheaper than getting the hinge replaced with all the time and billable hours to do that, plus painting the new hinge.
My door does not have any play vertically, If I move the door the hole car moves with it, so the hinge is good, is just the rotating part.
Any ideas are welcome

i think these are maintenance free hinges,wis doesnt mention lube it after reintall or similar,once i remove it ill compare them side by side,truth has never been closer lol

I'm fighting the same battle in the X204 forum. My maintenance schedule calls for lubing the hinges, but I can't find anything in WIS on how to do it or what to use.
It must have been wishful thinking. It is not listed. Lube sunroof, check hood hinges, but nothing about the doors. One of the doors is really stiff. Guess I'm on my own...
