Changed my alternater and now I can't roll down my windows.
I changed my alternater today and after I had it put back together none of my window buttons are working at all. They won't go up or down mirrors won't move. The only window button that's working is the passenger side. 2011 GL 450

You installed the Alternator upside-down!!

First off check the obvious, fuses, relays. Maybe you shorted something out while dealing with the alternator??
Second, what kind of codes come up? Maybe a module is not communicating because of a blown fuse or connector fell out or not fully seated??
