Mercedes Branded Extended Warranty
The purchase price has been negotiated on my 2026 63; all that remains is the sit-down with the money guy when I pick up the car next week. For those that have purchased MB extended warranties, mechanical and wheel and tire, can you share your cost, term, and happiness with the product? Much obliged...

Congrats! This car is epic. I would personally skip the extended warranty for now. You can always purchase it later provided it’s before the end of the manufacturer's warranty. Third party warranties are cheaper as well.
I skipped the tire and wheel protection because my car came with 20” wheels. However, it might be worthwhile with the 21’s and crappy roads. Tire and wheel insurance tends to be either feast or famine in returns.
I did buy 3 years prepaid maintenance for well over $2k. It’s debatable if it’s worth it or not as it really depends how much your local dealer charges for service, which varies widely from dealer to dealer. I’ve seen reports of A services ranging from $400 to almost $1k with B services coming it at twice that.
