Looking for Mercedes Gearbox Filling Adapter W700589009000 – Need Worldwide Shipping

I’m hoping someone here can help me.
I’m preparing to service the gearbox on my AMG GT R and need the Mercedes filling adapter tool (part number W700589009000). Unfortunately, I’ve hit a dead end trying to find one.
I contacted my local Mercedes-Benz dealer, but they told me they don’t have the adapter in stock and, even more surprisingly, that they are unable to order it. I’ve also spent quite a bit of time searching online. I found a few suppliers that appear to have it available, but they only ship within the USA and do not offer international shipping.
so I’m looking for any source that can ship worldwide, or perhaps an alternative tool that can be used safely for the gearbox oil service.
If anyone has purchased this adapter recently, knows where I can find one, or has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate the help.
I contacted the seller on eBay, and he told me that this adapter should work. However, after doing a quick check online, it seems that it may not be compatible. From what I can see, the mounting interface appears to be different from the one used on the AMG GT gearbox, as shown in the picture below.
I'm a bit confused at this point and would really appreciate it if someone who has actually performed the gearbox oil service on an AMG GT, GT S, GT C, or GT R could confirm which adapter was used.
How have you guys managed to perform this gearbox oil service? Did you use the original W700589009000 adapter, an alternative tool, or another method altogether?
Any help or confirmation would be greatly appreciated.
I also found this video on YouTube, which shows the fill plug on the AMG GTS 700.4 DCT gearbox. From what I can see, it looks completely different from the fill port used on the 9G-Tronic transmission, which is why I'm having trouble understanding how the 725589009000 adapter could fit the AMG GT gearbox.
