2000 E55 AC question
I bought this car from the original owner many years ago and I still really enjoy it. Car has 104,000 on the clock.
My local independent shop has advised me that the AC is non repairable and needs to be replaced. It will require removing the dash and the cost will be 3500.00.
I live in the suburbs of a major city and all of the techs at this shop are pros.
Here is the question: Is the 3500. about right for this work?
