Canadian version of daytime running lights
I brought a texas car up t9 ontario. In order to comply with candian laws i need to convert the drl’s to on fulltime with no way to turn of in the dashboard.
this requires a programming of the sas module.
does anybody know someone who can do this near toronto. Or this a dealer only process. I treid the kitchener mercedes dealer and he tried to scam me 3.5 hrs or 800 plus tax.
my me hanic whomdoesnt have the equipment to go this deep into the sytems says it .5 to 1hr job.

Contact Peter... AKA Benzninja www.benzninja.com Buy the equipment and a membership. Money well spent. Peter can help with many and varied things software related and can jailbreak things like Intelligent lighting... Last mode remembered (no more stop-start) and even give the engine a tune for more FUN!

You sure about that? He dug right into an awful lot in mine that is well beyond telling an American market car that it needs to behave as it is in Canadiastan.
You Sir; would do well to contact Peter about your car. You will love intelligent lighting. Last mode remembered is the end of annoying start-stop. More modes for the transmission is good stuff. He can add power as well with software. Lots he can do.
