Wheel cleaning has and will always be about effort and not magical chemicals. Just use some diluted soap solution (i use simple green) and a soft brush.
If it really bothers you, the solution is different brake pads.

Noted. But hey we are worth it as high end motoring enthusiasts.
I use other German detail products like nextzett and they are all pricey but worth it. I mean with names like 'Cockpit Premium" you know it's going to be good.
